Terms of Service

BetonBits Ltd. (“BetonBits”, “we”, “us”) operates betonbits.com and associated Discord and Telegram channels (together, the “Service”). The Service publishes sports data, statistical models, and informational signal alerts.

We are not a bookmaker, casino, betting exchange, broker, or financial adviser. We do not accept, place, broker, or settle wagers, and we never hold, transmit, or manage customer funds or winnings. If you choose to act on a signal by placing a bet, that bet is placed by you, in your own name, with an operator of your choosing, entirely at your own risk.

Nothing published by the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, an offer, or a solicitation. All content is provided for information and entertainment purposes only.

Access to premium content is tied to the account or channel identifier you provide (for example your Discord or Telegram user ID) and to an active subscription. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that takes place through your access.

Access is personal, non-transferable, and for a single user. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, mirroring, scraping, or republishing premium content — including forwarding signals to other groups or automating retransmission — is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including match-fixing, money laundering, or the funding of illegal activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, bots, channels, or other users' accounts;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content except where we expressly permit it;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse our staff, moderators, or other members;
• post or promote content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or directed at minors;
• circumvent access controls, subscription limits, or payment obligations.

We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate access for breach of this section, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

Premium access is sold as a recurring subscription at $9.99 USD per month, inclusive of the features described on our pricing section at the time of purchase. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.

Renewal

Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and the same payment method is charged the then-current price. We will notify you by email in advance of any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing portal or by emailing support@betonbits.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not require you to contact sales, call a phone line, or complete any other obstacle to cancel.

Payments and processors

Card and wallet payments are processed by third-party payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you submit.

Failed payments and chargebacks

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend premium access until payment succeeds. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve the large majority of billing questions within 1 business day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in permanent termination of access.

14-day cooling-off period. If you are a consumer and this is your first subscription period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Where you have already consumed premium content during that period, we may pro-rate the refund to reflect the access provided; we will always tell you the amount before processing.

Service failure. If the Service was materially unavailable, or premium access was not delivered as described, we will refund the affected period in full or extend your subscription by an equivalent amount — your choice.

What is not refundable. Because the Service sells information and not outcomes, refunds are not available simply because a published signal did not play out as expected, because a third-party operator limited your account, or because results did not meet your expectations. Renewal periods that have already been used are not refundable except as required by law.

How to request one. Email support@betonbits.com or use the contact form with your order or channel ID. We acknowledge requests within 1 business day and, where approved, refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have as a consumer.

BetonBits provides informational signals and alerts only. We are not a bookmaker, and we do not place bets, hold funds, or recommend wager amounts. Past performance of any signal or sequencing model is not indicative of future results and nothing on this site is financial, investment, or legal advice. If you choose to wager based on our signals, that decision, and all risk, is yours alone. Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you, including any laws governing sports wagering if you choose to act on our signals.

The Service is delivered through third-party platforms such as Discord and Telegram and may link to data providers, sportsbooks, or other sites. Those platforms are independent of us, have their own terms, minimum ages, and privacy practices, and may become unavailable for reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, or conduct.

Where we receive a commission or other compensation for a referral, we will disclose it in or alongside the relevant content.

All content on the Service — including models, signal formats, text, graphics, logos, the BetonBits name and marks, and software — is owned by BetonBits Ltd. or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

If you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it to improve the Service. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact legal@betonbits.com with details and we will investigate promptly.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that signals will be delivered on time, that data feeds will be error-free, or that third-party platforms will remain accessible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetonBits Ltd. and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any losses arising from wagers you place, lost profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or USD 50.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetonBits Ltd. from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the Service, any wagering decision you make, or your breach of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel as described above. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law or by a platform or payment provider, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we discontinue the Service. Where we terminate without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a prepaid period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue to apply.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Service, the law, or the requirements of our platforms and payment providers. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where the change is material, notify subscribers by email or in-channel at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, cancel before the effective date.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact legal@betonbits.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 30 days.
